salut, Encore une lettre de fan. Encore une bouteiile à la mer (j'aime bien cette image car elle renferme un peu d'espoir!). En tout cas je suis content de constater que jarre n'est pas une star hautaine comme tant d'autres...A caen le 18 octobre 1997 il s'est montré très récéptif à toutes les questions posées lors de la "rencontre FNAC".Je lui avait posé une question un peu "technique" sur cubase et il m'a répondu simplement (il aurrait pu dire "ecoutez c'est un peu technique ça n'interresse personne!"). C'est pour ce respect du public que je le remercie. Merci de nous avoir fait révé avec vos concerts et votre musique. J'ai été au Mont Saint-Michel j'ai vu le concert, je l'ai trouvé magnifique et j'en ai marre qu'on ne parle de ce concert qu'a cause des embouteillages!!!

Dear Jean-Michel A few years ago I bought a couple of synths a mixing console, sequencer, DAT etc, with the vain idea to creat some music like you,Tangerine Dream,Vangelis etc. I sat for hours at the keyboard hoping to make something worth listening to but without joy! I came to the conclusion that I was never going record another Zoolook or anything in my bedroom, as I probably didn't have the talent and would have to do with what I am capable of. This was ofcourse until I heard ZIGZAG Dance a really terable record from the start of your career which some people still pay a lot of money for! Jean-Michel you are an inspiration to us all! C'est super tous ce que vous faites depuis que vous m'avez ébloui en 79 (j'avais 7 ans) j'ai toujours accroché à vos musiques et spectables, j'ai les principaux albums mais un me manque, "musique pour supermarché" c'est çà ?.... En tous les cas continuez, on n'entend pas souvent parler de vous ? Pourquoi les radios semblent vous oublier ? Pourquoi vous éditez plus souvent des albums de remix que d'oeuvres nouvelles ? La fascination de le technologie que j'ai je la doit en partie à vous , est-ce que vous pensez que la France vous ai accepté ou vous accepte pour ce que vous faites prévaloir dans vos spectacles (art et High-tech) car en ce qui me concerne, je prône le même concept et ne semble pas être compris. (J'évolue dans l'infographie et ai un diplôme en electronique !!!!) Croyez-vous que c'est à l'étranger qu'un francais "moderne" aimant ce concept puisse exercer dans ses passions ? Il y a quelques années je vous avez écris pour savoir si un des guitaristes qui jouais sur votre scène (date? lieu? nom?) était un des guitaristes de Daniel Balavoine, qu'en est il ?

JMJ, I encountered your music in usenet. It like some of the other music of this kind is a breath of fresh air. It's good to know that someone recorded the "Song of the Air" I enjoy listening to it quite often. I just purchesed your first album on Gold Ultradisk from Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab.
